Welcome, Sweet Kyle!

Yesterday, our family got a little bit bigger! At 9:25 am, we welcomed our sweet little nephew James Kyle Overton into the world. Weighing 7 pounds and 8 ounces, this little bundle of joy just melts my heart! Seriously — I did not want to put this little guy down. There has been a lot of excitement surrounding this little one, as he is the first grandchild on the Moore side. He’s also our first nephew, so Zach and I are incredibly excited about that! Oh I can’t wait to spoil this little guy!! Seriously ya’ll, I may be in trouble here. I’m not sure my bank account can handle another niece or nephew…

Kyle slept most of the time we were there to visit, and only made small cooing noises. Aren’t those just the best?! I just melt every time I hear them. We were there for hours, and I wish it could have been even longer. It was wonderful getting to spend time with Kate and Cole, and all of the other family members who stopped by to see them!

Now, I’m definitely not a newborn photographer, but I couldn’t help myself — I just had to grab pictures of everyone getting to hold him for the first time! Hospital lighting is not my favorite, but it actually works out well because I *love* black and white newborn pictures anyways. It was difficult for me NOT to make all of them black and white 🙂

Oh little Kyle, you are SO loved already, we are so excited you are finally here!! Welcome to the world, sweet boy!
