Happy Valentine’s Day
Happy Valentine’s Day, friends! I hope today is full of love and laughter with your significant other or your closest gal pals! I’m spending this morning with the sweet ladies from my mastermind group for a Galentine’s brunch (complete with chocolate fondue — it’s going to be awesome!). Then tonight, Zach and I are just doing a nice dinner at home with the pups! We usually plan to go out for a date night either right before or right after Valentine’s Day. I seriously don’t think we’ve ever been out on February 14th ever! Anyone else like to do this? If I’m being honest with you, the idea of going out to a crowded restaurant on Valentine’s Day is just not the most appealing date night to me. I’d rather spend a quiet evening at home with my honey and go out another night when it’s not so crowded (or expensive!). That’s why we always end up going out for a dinner sometime around Valentine’s Day instead. To me, it really doesn’t matter what day we celebrate it, just as long as we get some time with each other.
